Every IRTH order arrives with a hand-numbered Certificate of Authenticity, a Certificate of Origin from source, an ISO-accredited Certificate of Analysis where applicable, and a QR code that links to the lab report — no claims without proof.
Every Madinah date, every gram of Yemeni sidr honey, every Taif rose — sealed with a signed Certificate of Origin from the source farm or apiary.
Honey, dates, herbs and oils are batch-tested in an ISO 17025 accredited lab. The COA travels with the jar — never the other way around.
A unique QR pressed onto every box opens the batch record: source, lab report, packing date, and the artisan who closed the seal.

Every piece is hand-assembled in our atelier in Cairo. The prayer rugs are woven in collaboration with weavers from Akhmim, the misbahas are strung in-house, and the dates are sourced from Madinah and Siwa.
Stock pieces ship within 48 hours. Bespoke gifts take 5–7 working days. All deliveries inside Egypt are free and white-glove. International is available on request.
Yes — every order includes a folded card written in Naskh script by our in-house calligrapher, addressed to the recipient by name. Dedications up to 40 words are complimentary.
Yes. We compose bespoke corporate boxes from 25 pieces upward, with co-branded Certificates of Authenticity and dedications for each recipient. Minimum 14 days lead time.
Stock pieces may be returned, unopened, within 7 days for a full refund. Bespoke and personalised pieces are final sale. We replace any damaged piece, no questions asked.
Shake gently, do not machine-wash. Spot clean with a damp cloth. Once a year, air it for an afternoon in indirect sun — never direct. With this, it will outlast you.
